Do you cope with maintenance of the Lapmaster SFT's equipment?: Yes we do. We has concluded an assignment of asset and business with the former Lapmaster SFT, and has officially inherited the business in April 2011. In addition to maintenance, modification of equipment, provision of genuine parts, as well as manufacture of equipment sold by the former Lapmaster SFT company is also possible.
Do you manufacture the spin coaters of Able, Inc.?: In May 2008, we concluded a succession agreement with ABLE CO., LTD. With the manufacturing division and undertook the manufacturing division of the company.
Do you correspond to a machine of special specifications?: We design and manufacture to put out desired process condition. Moreover, we have experimental equipment which is able to verify process condition. Please let us know the requirement.
What experiments do you have?: We have Grinding / Polishing, R to R. Photofablication, Precision Printing equipment. Please refer to the "List of laboratory equipment" for more information.
Can you modify the equipment?: We correspond to a variety of modification such as improving the accuracy of the equipment, tact up and energy-saving measures. In addition, we also have improving measure of cleaning capacity using latest UFB (Ultra Fin Bubble) generator unit, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are considering the introduction of the equipment in overseas plants. Is it possible to support the equipment in foreign countries?: Our staffs correspond you from export to the set-up for equipment. In addition, we have local subsidiary and office in the United States, Malaysia, China, South Korea and Taiwan, and they support maintenance in the field.
Is it possible to process brittle materials?: We have processing performance of the difficult-to-cut and curable materials such as SiC, GaN and sapphire. We do not hesitate to consult the material and processing conditions.
Is it possible to measure after processing?: Yes it is. We have equipment for flatness measuring, surface roughness and so on.
How large do you correspond to the film of the R to R?: We have a track record in R to R in the width 2000mm. We have R to R experimental equipment, so please inquire your desired process.
Is it possible to transport a film without contacting by R to R?: It is possible to transport without contacting on the pattern surface by handling both end faces.
